Hello and welcome
Rachel Serban is the founder of Rachel Serban Spa & Wellbeing in Leamington Spa, where she offers Indian head massage, aromatherapy massage, holistic facials and bespoke wellness packages.
Her Indian head massage is inspired by her early lessons in India many years ago, and her wellness work draws on her extensive knowledge of all things natural and her own inner and outer healing journey: which skincare to use, what we eat, and the supplements and herbal helpers we take.

My philosophy
True wellbeing is not rushed, transactional or superficial. It is created through presence, care and respect for the whole person.
Being held in a beautiful, calm and intentional space helps people reconnect with their sense of worth.
Stress, exhaustion and emotional imbalance affect us all. Gentle, restorative touch can help bring the nervous system back into balance.
Every treatment is offered with the intention of creating safety, dignity and deep restoration.
Treatments support both how you feel inside and how you look and feel on the outside.
